Our Story
Having been associated with vehicle recovery all his life, and coming from a family that’s been an established and respected part of the recovery community for over 40 years, starting TowEquip was a natural next step for Jason.
What began as a way to properly equip his own fleet quickly became something bigger, a way to bring that same level of understanding to other operators across the industry. TowEquip exists because the recovery trade deserves a supplier who actually understands what’s required to do the job safely, professionally, and without unnecessary cost.
That’s the difference between TowEquip and a typical parts supplier. We’re not guessing what works. Every product we offer has been tested on our own fleet first, if it doesn’t hold up in real recovery work, we don’t sell it.

Although TowEquip began trading in 2025, our team brings over 40 years of experience in the vehicle recovery industry. Long before we started selling equipment, we were testing it, fitting it and relying on it out in the field, and that hands-on background is still what shapes every product we choose to stock.
Jason
Founder
Jason has been involved in the vehicle recovery industry since his teenage years, learning the trade from the ground up while working alongside his dad. Those early experiences gave him a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of every aspect of the business.
Jason assisted the family business for many years focused on growing and developing it, building a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and excellent service. As the business expanded, the natural next step was to invest in and supply his own fleet of recovery vehicles, supporting not only his own operations but also other recovery companies with dependable, high-quality equipment.
With decades of hands-on experience, Jason remains passionate about the industry and is committed to delivering the highest standards of service to customers and partners alike.
Karen
Office Manager
Karen has over 20 years of experience within the vehicle recovery and transport industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge across every aspect of the business. Starting her career in a part-time administrative role, Karen worked her way up through dedication, hard work, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ultimately becoming Director of T & C Services.
Throughout her career, Karen has been involved in purchasing, invoicing, sourcing innovative new products, customer service, and day-to-day operations. Never afraid to roll up her sleeves, she believes in leading by example and getting involved wherever needed to support customers and the business.
Today, Karen is embracing a new challenge with TowEquip, focused on developing the brand, expanding the product range, and driving future growth. Her industry expertise, practical approach, and commitment to customer satisfaction continue to be at the heart of everything she does.
