Jonesco JBZ Black Plastic Toolbox
The JBZ toolbox range from Jonesco combines over 50 years of British manufacturing expertise with robust, practical design for commercial vehicles. Manufactured from rotationally moulded medium-density polyethylene (MDPE), these heavy-duty toolboxes are built to withstand demanding working environments while providing secure and weather-resistant storage for tools, equipment, and vehicle essentials.

Available in 10 size options, including 11 standard length and width combinations, with the popular 620mm and 800mm models also offered in reduced-depth versions, the JBZ range is ideal where under-chassis space is limited. Depending on model width, units are supplied with one or two lockable handles for enhanced security and ease of access.
Designed for professional fleet, transport, and commercial vehicle applications, all JBZ series toolboxes are suitable for incorporation into vehicle side-guard systems in accordance with UNECE Regulation 73. Testing and certification were conducted under the supervision of UTAC, with certification documentation available upon request.
A recessed lid design, automotive-grade rubber seal, and integrated dust-cover handles provide excellent protection against water, dirt, and road debris. The ergonomic locking handles are designed for easy operation, even when wearing gloves, while folding neatly into a recessed position to prevent accidental opening during transit.

Installation & Load Capacity
Selected models (CABJBZ450, 520, 580, and 600) feature integral mounting points for direct floor installation, while larger models are best installed using dedicated support bracketry to maximise strength and prevent damage under heavy loads.
Load capacity varies depending on factors such as mounting method, bracket reinforcement, weight distribution, and the use of support shelves. Additional carrying capacity can be achieved through reinforced bracket systems and shelf-base support solutions.
